Tap the Edit button on any card. Update stamp count, reward, logo — whatever you need. Hit Save Changes at the bottom.

Tap New Card at the top. Your starter kit is free — you'll just pay $15 shipping to receive it. Adding a new card is $20/month on any plan, and the same goes for extra locations under an existing card.

QR code customers scan to download the app. Fold the legs in from the sides, then fold down the middle support beam — keeps it sturdy. Place near where customers pay or wait.

It's simpler than it sounds. We send you a small physical stamper that sits on your counter — no screens, no charging, no batteries. When a customer opens the PunchPass app and taps it to the stamper, a stamp is instantly added to their digital card. That's it. Think of it like tapping to pay with your phone, but instead of paying, they get a stamp.
Yes, but it's a one-time thing and takes less than 30 seconds. We include a display stand in your starter kit that sits on your counter with a QR code. Customers scan it, download the app, and create an account once. Every visit after that is just a tap — no logging in, no searching, no cards to dig out. Most customers are faster than you can make their coffee.
This is the most common concern we hear — and it surprises most people to learn that 54% of PunchPass users are aged 40–80. The app works exactly like tapping to pay, which most people already do every day. Most venues find that after the first week or two, even hesitant customers come around — especially when there's a free coffee on offer. Many venues make a hard switch away from paper cards from day one, and customers adapt quickly.
Completely. You choose how many stamps are needed, what the reward is (free coffee, percentage off, free item — whatever you like), and you can change it anytime from your phone. Most venues go with 9 stamps and the 10th is free, but it's entirely up to you. You can also set up multiple cards for different things — food items, higher-priced products, whatever fits your business.
Absolutely. While most of our current venues are cafes, PunchPass works just as well for beauty salons, barber shops, restaurants, car washes, and any other business that uses a loyalty card system. If you currently hand out paper loyalty cards, PunchPass replaces them. The map in the app shows mostly cafes right now simply because that's where we launched first — but the system works exactly the same for any business.
The main difference is marketing. The Loyalty + Marketing plan lets you send push notifications directly to your customers' phones — perfect for quiet days, new menu items, or limited-time promos. It also includes a custom-colour stamper with your branding and a personal onboarding session. If you just want the loyalty card system without the marketing tools, the basic plan covers everything you need.
No. If you cancel during the 30-day trial, you won't be charged anything. The only cost during the trial is the $15 shipping fee for your starter kit. Once you cancel, you're free to delete the app — you won't receive any further charges.
